Due to the high volume of applications we receive, a volunteer will contact you within 72 hours only if it's a possible match.

Our lovable little house panther came to us at 5 months old, weary of people. After a few short weeks in foster, he began to shine like the sun -- warm and full of life. So, he became Ra, our very own god of the sun.

Since then, like any good sun god should, he lights up his foster human's days. He loves to carry on a conversation. Mind you, they're often one sided when he wants something like pets, food, or treats, but still. He delights with his acrobatic and olympic feats, flying through the air for wand toys, walking across a banister, or sprinting around the house with his favorite toy du'jour. And, he's all love. When he's not playing  chase with his brother or zooming around with toys, he likes to flop on top of you. And, we do mean flop -- he'll just hop on top of you and plop down for snuggle time. 

Ra is very bonded to his brother, Griffin, a little fluffball lion cat. They play, groom, and sleep together. Ra and Griffin would love nothing more than to spend the rest of their days together too.
